The production program of the T-1 Independent Company mainly consist of the construction of screw presses and spare parts for these presses that are widely used in the extraction of oil from oilseeds and recycling of animal proteins. Spare parts we produce are hard faced to 4-5 mm depth for increased wearability using the most suitable, high quality materials, the hardness is 58-62 HRC. Screws, rings, knives, scarpers, cage bars, cones/reducers, shafts, etc. are available from stock within 24 hours.
